Group therapy utilizes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

Individual Therapy

1 on 1 therapy with a licensed therapist specializing in addiction treatment, tailored to the individual’s specific history, needs, and goals.

Wellness and Recovery

Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) is a program to help people who are struggling with opioid addiction get treatment in a healthcare setting.  This program combines medication, wraparound support with services that can include individual and group therapy, entitlement services, peer support, and primary care among other services available.

Goals of the Wellness and Recovery:

Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) program include:

  • To help individuals recover and build a stable, healthy, and independent life by encouraging positive routines and personal growth.
  • Focus on reconnecting individuals with work, family, and meaningful community involvement.
  • To help build strong connections by empowering individuals to reengage and thrive in their communities.
  • To help provide individuals with resources to stay safe and education to avoid overdose.
  • Provide FDA-approved medication for Opioid Use Disorder to reduce cravings, stabilize mood, and assist with mild-to-moderate opioid withdrawal. *
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to help individuals understand the reasons behind substance use and to improve coping skills, relationships, and overall well-being.
  • Support pregnant individuals in achieving a healthy pregnancy while maintaining recovery from opioid use disorder.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substances other than opioids may be available. Please talk to your individual prescriber about availability.

* Please note: Our program specializes in treating opioid use disorder and can treat mild-to-moderate opioid withdrawal. Individuals needing support for other substances or who are experiencing severe withdrawal may be referred to appropriate services.
